Ordering Assistance

Cart options. 

Digital Packages  - Choose from 1 photo, 5 or 10 photo selections,  or choose one of the Buy All Packages to receive all colour and black/white photos showing in your gallery. Photos are delivered via email digitally for you to download immediately after purchase in high resolution jpg format.  You can then print and share with family and friends. 

Print Packages - Choose from a 1 photo package or multiple image packages.  Select your favourites from the gallery. Print packages must be ordered by the due date for complimentary delivery to the centre. Postage fees thereafter apply. 

Class Photos are only offered as a print and are not downloadable. You can order these as a separate item, as an add on to a package or they may be included in a package.  Please also order these by the due date for ordering, otherwise a postage fee applicable. 

Single prints of various sizes are available to purchase or add on to any packages.  

To VIEW PURCHASE OPTIONS IN YOUR CART -  click on any photo in the gallery and the full list of option will appear either to the side of your photo OR under the photo.  The cart will step you through the ordering process.  If you need help - try viewing out quick ordering video to help. ​

Frequently Asked Questions about ordering

Where do I find my redeem coupon code and where do I use it?
The coupon code is sent to you via email with your details to view the gallery. It is the one in red. Please copy/paste it into the box at checkout called "Redeem code".  

Why is my $35 coupon/voucher showing as $31.8181 ?   
This is because the coupon amount is pre-GST, once you continue to payment it will show as the full $35

How do I order a class photo?
If you wish to order a class photo on it's own -  add any individual photo to your cart and select class photo from the cart options. 
Alternatively - some packages include the class photo or the option to add it to the package at a discount price. 

Why can't I see the composite class photo in my child's gallery?
For privacy reasons, images of other children cannot be provided digitally. If your child's centre has had a traditional style class photo taken - there will be a preview. No names or location are used to protect privacy. 

I forgot to apply my $35 coupon during checkout, what do I do now?
The coupon will still be valid until the end of the year you registered for photos if you'd like to use it, alternatively, please contact us and we can then refund you that credit back onto your credit card. Please allow 5 days for this reflect in your account. 

Can I combine images from both my children's galleries into one package?
We take time to photograph, edit and prepare siblings individually (one session per child) and a third session of your children together. For this reason, each gallery for each child requires it's own package selected. You cannot add photos from each gallery into 1 package.  This is communicated when registering for photos. 
The bonus for you is that we combine the sibling photos into your youngest child’s gallery instead of creating a separate gallery for siblings together and you can choose a package from that gallery of photos of that child and photos of your children together. 

I've lost my child's passcode/ cannot locate the email?
Please email us at admin@redcherryimages.com.au with your child's full name, centre and class and we will resend your details to view. Sometimes your email goes directly to junk/spam. Please search there first for "Red Cherry Kindy Photos".
